CIO John Kreul Shares Proactive AI Efforts To Enhance the Customer Experience and Business Operations

"Our team has begun experimenting with generative AI to help streamline business operations. The pieces that underlie generative AI are capable of doing natural language tasks, like classifying text into categories or summarizing large amounts of text or transcripts," said Kreul.
